Job description

About Agent Operations

At Agent Operations, our mission is to make real estate professionals SHINE. We are a premier, full-service real estate marketing firm committed to adding value to the experience of others, delivering exceptional client service, and implementing thoughtful, strategic business development solutions focused on the hyper-local, relational nature of real estate. Our savvy team has real-world real estate sales experience, and we speak our clients’ language. Our motto is: Focus on Your Strengths, Outsource Everything Else.

We are driven by our core values, which include putting faith and family first, being a blessing to others, and creating more with less. We strive to deliver “WOW” through service and quality, remain passionate and determined, and build a positive team and work family spirit. We believe in staying humble, never stopping our learning, always doing what’s right, going the extra mile, and enjoying the journey.

The Role

Agent Operations is seeking a talented and highly motivated Content & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a savvy wordsmith with a passion for high-quality marketing, writing, blogging, social media management, and digital marketing. This role requires exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, a deep care for accuracy, and a genuine love for creating great content that helps our clients shine.

You will be the driving force behind developing, sustaining, and enhancing the brand and voice of our real estate clients across online media, social media, blogging, and email marketing platforms. As part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team, you will work directly with clients to understand their vision and execute strategic marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role are diverse and encompass several key areas of marketing and client coordination.

Content Creation & Copywriting

You will write high-quality articles, blog posts, and website content optimized for search engines (SEO). This includes crafting compelling property marketing descriptions for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and memorable bios that naturally position clients as the go-to real estate professionals. You will also make strategic content recommendations that align with our clients’ needs, objectives, and style.

Social Media Management

You will build and manage our clients’ social media profiles across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. This involves coordinating custom social media strategies, driving consistent traffic through amazing content, and exploring new ways to engage target audiences. Staying up-to-date on social media best practices is essential.

Email Marketing

You will compile, create, and summarize local and industry-related content for email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Crafting memorable subject lines to increase open rates and working to minimize list decay while increasing productivity are key tasks.

Client Relations & Strategy

You will work directly with clients to position Agent Operations as the natural solution for their marketing needs. This requires regular engagement, offering insightful recommendations, and assisting with client retention and follow-up programs.

Digital Marketing

You will support and execute digital marketing initiatives on behalf of our clients, including paid and organic campaigns across search and social platforms. This includes assisting with ad copy, understanding audience targeting, monitoring campaign performance, and contributing to broader digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation for our real estate clients.

AI & Process Improvement

You will actively leverage AI-powered tools — including writing assistants, content generation platforms, and automation tools — to enhance the quality and efficiency of your work. You will continuously seek ways to improve yourself, our team’s processes, and the overall experience of our clients, bringing a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to everything you do.

Analytics & Follow-up

You will track, measure, and analyze marketing endeavors to improve engagement across social, blog, email, and digital campaigns. Using tools like Google Analytics and native social media analytics, you will provide actionable recommendations for improvement, utilizing a basic understanding of SWOT analysis.

Must-Have Qualities & Qualifications

We are looking for an individual who brings a specific set of skills and qualities to our team. Exceptional communication is paramount; you must be an excellent verbal and written communicator capable of adopting different voices for varied projects. Critical thinking is also crucial, as you must understand and apply marketing strategy effectively. We need someone who is laser-focused on details, accuracy, and deadlines.

A client-centric mindset is required, demonstrated by strong customer service skills and a genuine care for helping our clients succeed. You must have a true passion for creating great content. Because this is a 100% remote position, you must be highly motivated, capable of working independently, and comfortable with accountability. You should be adaptable, able to work with a wide range of personalities and styles on the fly.

Professionally, we require 1–2 years of marketing and/or content creation experience, with exposure to digital marketing principles and practices. A solid, working knowledge of Canva is required — you should be comfortable creating polished, on-brand content efficiently within the platform. Proficiency in MailChimp for email marketing campaign management is also required, as is a working knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking and reporting on marketing performance. Knowledge of additional design programs (such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools) is helpful but not required.

You must be genuinely tech-savvy — comfortable learning new platforms quickly, navigating digital tools with confidence, and troubleshooting minor technical challenges independently. You should also be proficient in social media management software (such as Creator Studio or Buffer). A passion for and general understanding of the real estate industry is expected.

Experience in digital marketing, social media analytics, and Google Analytics is a strong plus.

A comfort with and curiosity about artificial intelligence tools is essential. We expect this individual to actively leverage AI-powered tools — such as AI writing assistants, content generation platforms, and automation tools — to work smarter, produce higher-quality output, and maximize efficiency. Just as important is a genuine, ongoing commitment to self-improvement: you should be constantly looking for ways to grow your own skills, refine our internal processes, and elevate the experience we deliver to our clients. We are a team that does not settle, and we want someone who shares that standard.

Bonus Experience

While not required, the following experience will make your application stand out:

  • Current or previous licensed REALTOR® or real estate agent (any state).
  • Technical writing or copywriting experience.
  • Experience with lead nurture campaigns and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with paid digital advertising (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategy and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console).
  • Experience with additional design programs beyond Canva (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).

What We Offer

This role is full of growth potential for the right dynamic individual. Agent Operations offers a competitive salary commensurate with skill set and experience, along with comprehensive screening, evaluation, and onboarding processes. Opportunities exist for advancement, company-paid professional development training, and paid time off.

If you are a meticulous, creative, and strategic thinker who loves helping others succeed, we want to hear from you!
