As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a manageable caseload of clients, developing rapport and fostering strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical standards.
• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge as appropriate.
• Designing, implementing, and reviewing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and needs.
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate and timely records, including progress notes and treatment updates.
• Administering intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine their initial treatment paths.
• Providing weekly individual sessions, ensuring continuity of care and responsiveness to client needs.
• Engaging in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and maintain high standards of practice.
