We are seeking a driven and proactive Inside Sales Representative to support our growing portfolio. This role is well-suited for early-career professionals interested in building a foundation in technical B2B sales, particularly those coming from a scientific, engineering, or research-adjacent background and excited to represent a niche, premium scientific device used in advanced research and product development.What will you do?You will proactively engage pre-identified research organizations, R&D Teams, CRO's and academic researchers through focused outbound outreach, supported by marketing campaigns, lead lists, and technical guidance from internal experts. Your focus will be conveying how our services and instrumentation support and accelerate testing, validation, and innovation.Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and targeted prospecting in biotech, pharma, medical device, and advanced materials organizations. Qualify inbound leads and identify new opportunities for High Q's sample measurement services (SMS) and quantum-enabled EPR instrumentation. Learn to communicate the value of High Q's scientific solutions within research, development, and analytical workflows. Schedule discovery calls, demos, and technical discussions with senior sales and applications specialists. Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) records and manage a structured pipeline. Collaborate with marketing and technical advisors to refine messaging and outreach strategies for niche scientific audiences. Support proposal development, quoting, and follow-up activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field. Advanced degree in biochemistry or similar would be preferred. 1-3 years of inside sales, lead generation, or business development experience (scientific, technical, or B2B preferred). Comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects through proactive outbound outreach. Ability and willingness to learn and clearly communicate scientific concepts, with training and support from experienced application scientists and senior sales team members. Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to customer engagement.
