The Director, Sales and Service Canada is responsible for developing and executing the strategic and tactical plan for Radiometer Canada, with overall management responsibility for the Canadian Sales, Service and Customer Application Support organization. This role will drive commercial goals for the Canada business, including revenue growth, market share expansion, customer satisfaction and execution of key global and regional initiatives.

This position reports to the Head of Sales, Americas and is part of the Commercial Americas team located in Canada and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Shape and execute the commercial growth strategy for Radiometer Canada, accelerating revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer impact across the country.
  • Drive revenue, market share growth and customer satisfaction by managing total solution selling and leveraging IT, digital services and service capabilities.
  • Lead the Canadian Sales, Service and Customer Application Support organization.
  • Lead performance across a diverse portfolio of diagnostic solutions and services, ensuring strong customer relationships and sustained business growth.
  • Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing commercial and customer support organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and conduct sales presentations and negotiations with the sales team where necessary.
  • Contribute to yearly budgeting plans and monthly forecasting efforts for the Radiometer Canada business.
  • Leverage the Danaher Business System (DBS) to drive commercial excellence, strengthen customer outcomes, and accelerate business performance.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Significant commercial leadership experience within healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, medical technology, or a related industry.
  • Proven success leading and developing high-performing sales, service, and/or customer-facing teams.
  • Demonstrated accountability for business performance, including revenue growth, market share, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and budget management.
  • Experience developing and executing commercial strategies while managing key customer and stakeholder relationships in a complex business environment.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel within Canada and, as needed, to other Radiometer locations in the Americas Region.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience leading a national commercial organization or country business within diagnostics, medical technology, or healthcare.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare landscape, including hospital, laboratory, and provincial procurement environments.

The annual salary range for this role is CAD $180,000 - CAD $220,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
