• Conduct individual counseling sessions through video conferencing platforms, demonstrating ethical and compassionate approaches to mental health care.
• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor your therapeutic approach to each client’s specific needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, helping them cultivate insight into their thoughts, feelings, and relationships.
• Evaluate client progress regularly, adapting treatment strategies as needed to foster resilience and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
• Utilize a comprehensive electronic health record to document sessions and maintain accurate client records.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will help clients develop the skills necessary to enhance their overall quality of life, contributing to improved mental wellbeing and societal reintegration. This role allows you to truly make a difference in the community while working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license is required. The following licenses are preferred:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional licenses; all applicants must demonstrate a clean disciplinary history.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a robust understanding of mental health principles.
• Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in video conferencing tools and electronic health records.
• Access to a reliable computer with audio and video capabilities as well as a dependable internet connection.

Candidates with at least two years of relevant mental health counseling experience are preferred. This experience should ideally include working with clients in a variety of settings and employing different therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on hours worked and experience level. We are proud to provide the following benefits:
