Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions using secure video chat technology, ensuring ethical and compassionate care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to develop effective treatment plans that empower clients to address their unique concerns and improve their mental well-being.
• Monitor client progress throughout therapy, providing necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed and fostering healthy coping mechanisms and strategies.
• Engage in periodic training and team meetings to share insights and strategies, enhancing your practice and integrating feedback into your work.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of sessions and treatment progress while we assist you in minimizing administrative tasks to focus more on client care.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, providing a strong foundation for therapeutic practices.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses accepted, and a clear professional standing without disciplinary actions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a genuine desire to support clients through their therapeutic journeys.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate our intuitive therapy platform and digital tools effectively.

Preferred Experience

While specific experience in remote counseling is advantageous, it is not mandatory. However, we value previous exposure to diverse therapeutic methodologies, particularly solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapies. Familiarity with telehealth platforms can also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
