Key Responsibilities

• Provide ethical and compassionate counseling services to clients via secure video chat sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to deliver personalized care based on the unique needs of each client.
• Craft personalized treatment plans that outline clear objectives and measurable outcomes to support client progress.
• Engage clients in developing insights into their feelings, behaviors, and relationships, fostering understanding and growth.
• Continuously monitor client progress and collaborate with them to establish healthy coping mechanisms to navigate challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable, low acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health issues. This demographic often includes individuals managing anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. You will play a vital role in facilitating their journey towards improvement and self-discovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must be fully licensed to practice independently. Acceptable licenses include:
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and candidates must have no history of disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a caring demeanor are essential to connect with clients effectively.
• Proficiency with technology and digital tools for remote counseling is necessary to ensure a smooth counseling experience.

Preferred Experience

We value candidates who have experience working with diverse populations and possess a strong ability to engage clients from various backgrounds. Experience in solution-focused therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a plus, as we aim to provide effective and targeted interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, based on your chosen working hours and experience level. We also offer:
