About the Role

We're looking for business professionals with advanced degrees to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models - ensuring they can reason through complex financial models, strategic decisions, and operational challenges the way a seasoned executive would.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed - just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for rigorous, professional-grade reasoning.

  • What You'll Do
    • Design complex business challenges
      - craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior
    • Author gold-standard solutions
      - write rigorous, step-by-step responses that incorporate financial statements, strategic frameworks (e.g., 4Ps, Porter's Five Forces, 5Cs), and executive-level rationale to serve as training benchmarks for AI models
    • Audit AI-generated business content
      - evaluate AI-produced business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards
    • Refine AI reasoning
      - identify and document logical failures such as ignored sunk costs, miscalculated WACC, or missing macroeconomic variables, and provide structured, actionable feedback
    • Challenge model limits
      - stress-test AI responses on topics like corporate finance, market strategy, and operations to expose reasoning gaps and harden model performance
    • Who You Are
      • Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
      • Strong command of at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
      • Able to synthesize complex data and analysis into clear, executive-style written recommendations
      • Highly detail-oriented - you catch formula errors, spot flawed assumptions, and ensure arguments hold up under scrutiny
      • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
