Client Service Representative (100% Remote)

Training Start Date October 19, 2026

All schedules are M-F and EST time. Assigned schedule will be determined by Hiring Manager prior to making an offer.

8:00am - 4:30pm / 9:00am - 5:30pm / 10:00 am - 6:30pm / 12:30pm - 9:00pm

About the Role

As a Client Service Representative, you will answer inbound calls, address questions and concerns, explain account and program information, document interactions, and help clients understand their next steps.

This position requires empathy, professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to balance excellent service with established procedures and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

As a Client Service Representative, you will:

  • Work in a high-volume (50+ daily calls) customer service environment.   
  • Answer inbound calls and provide accurate scripted and unscripted responses.

  • Address client questions, concerns, and objections with empathy and professionalism.

  • Clearly explain account, program, product, and service information.

  • Access and update client information using multiple internal systems.

  • Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and required follow-up.

  • Resolve concerns within established authority limits and escalate when appropriate.

  • Protect confidential information and follow compliance and data-security requirements.

  • Meet expectations for quality, productivity, attendance, accuracy, and customer service.

  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments to support the client experience.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong customer-service mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Active-listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation abilities.

  • Intermediate typing skills and basic math proficiency.

  • Ability to learn detailed processes and explain information clearly and accurately.

  • Ability to navigate multiple systems while managing client conversations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures.

  • Reliability, accountability, and effective time management in a remote environment.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information.

  • Ability to participate on camera in professional, business-casual attire when required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • One to two years of customer service, client service, account servicing, contact center, or related experience.

  • Experience handling high-volume inbound calls in a metrics-driven environment.

  • Call center, collections, debt-resolution, financial-services, or legal-services experience.

  • Familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
