Job description


The Senior Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst will support Supply Chain reporting for the DC network by delivering business intelligence reporting and dashboard solutions to drive data-driven decision making. You will also be responsible for designing, constructing, and publishing existing and new reports used by all levels of leadership within the Supply Chain network. The Senior Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst will also work closely with operational teams to answer reporting-related questions, execute ad-hoc analysis, and extract information from data to solve business problems. You will regularly collaborate across multiple business functions to enable and drive problem solving and business improvement. Developing strong relationships both with analytical peers and with field stakeholders is critical for being successful in this role. You will be a thought-leader and guide innovation in building out exceptional analytics solutions.
This position requires an individual with strong analytical skills and calls for a self-starter with genuine investigative talents whose intellectual curiosity comes through in your work.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Leading the development and implementation of dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to help us monitor and improve warehouse and supply chain performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional and operational teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Operates with a clear bias-to-action to respond to customer needs
  • Working with large, complex data sets and using advanced analytics techniques to extract insights and inform business decisions
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns and inform decision-making
  • Performs and participates in root cause analysis of business problems, identifying and recommending solution alternatives, and develops reports to track key metrics and results
  • Able to quickly learn and apply new technical, analytical, and operational knowledge to build better solutions
  • Mentoring and guiding more junior team members in data analysis and visualization best practices
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of business intelligence, analytics, and supply chain optimization
  • Driving Business Process Improvement within the Data Science, Reporting, and Analytics team by automating reporting, re-engineering dashboards and adding proactive visibility capabilities.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $98,500 - $147,800 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline: Industrial Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Applied Math or Computer Science. Master's Degree is a plus
Years of Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role, with a focus on supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
Skills
  • Strong skills in SQL and at least one BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Must have programming / scripting experience in at least one language/platform (e.g. VBA, .NET, python, Java, C, R, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and develop more junior team members
  • Great-to-have: Previous experience working in an operational / warehouse role within a supply chain
Physical Requirements

  • Speak and listen to others in person and over the phone and video conferencing.
