Job description

Job Title: Entry-Level Assembler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Assembler to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have basic experience using tools and equipment and the ability to

communicate English. This role involves assembling components and products according

to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble components and products according to detailed instructions, blueprints, and

diagrams.

Use basic tools and equipment, such as drills, wrenches, and measuring devices, to

complete assembly tasks.

Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Communicate effectively in English to follow instructions and collaborate with team

members.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Report issues or discrepancies to the supervisor for resolution.

Assist in maintaining inventory of parts and supplies as needed.

Support team members in achieving daily production goals.

Qualifications:

Basic experience using tools and equipment, such as drills, wrenches, and measuring

devices.

Proficient in English for verbal and written communication.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Basic math and problem-solving skills.

Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly (not required). But would be a big plus.

Work schedule: M-F 7am-3:30pm with OT

Starting hourly rate: $18hr.
