Job description

The Sr. Financial Analyst will work closely with the VP of Financial Operation, and support the Financial Operations team at Integra Partners. This individual will support the day-to-day analysis, data extraction, reporting, pricing system ownership, and monitoring requirements of billing and payment trends.
Job Responsibilities:
The Sr. Financial Analyst's responsibilities include but are not limited to -
  • Maintain core pricing platform, and develop tools to ensure process runs with 100% accuracy
  • Continuously evaluate billing and payment workflows, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and create efficiencies
  • Facilitate strategic discussions with stakeholders on billing and payment matters, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME) on data analysis requirements across new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Proactively identify new business payment issues, take ownership, and lead resolution efforts from root cause through implementation.
  • Apply a structured, analytical, and process-driven approach to problem solving and continuous workflow improvement.
  • Design and enhance reporting tools and processes to proactively monitor billing and payment performance, identify risks, and drive timely resolution.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to uncover challenges, identify opportunities, and implement impactful, sustainable solutions.
  • Capture critical insights from stakeholder meetings and independently drive actionable follow-ups to completion.
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling insights for executive leadership and clients.
  • Develop deep expertise in underlying data, data models, and the business domain to ensure solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs.

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience:
  • 3+ years of analytic and project management experience including consulting, finance, business decision support or strategy roles
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, math, statistics, or other STEM disciplines
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Application of AI tools for process efficiencies / workflow automation
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SQL knowledge
  • Tableau, R, and Python knowledge preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and execute with new found understanding (e.g., industry, business models, products, technology)
  • Possess the willingness and ability to get beyond the obvious causes of outliers and poor performance, and investigate, identify, and correct the underlying root causes.
  • Must be highly motivated, dependable, excel with verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work independently under pressure
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to effectively multi-task, make tradeoffs, take initiative, and prioritize within a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Efficient time and resource management skills to ensure that the service level provided exceeds expectations with a strong commitment to team success and team goals.
  • Experience working with business leaders to scope problem statements and goal of reporting outputs - and then executing by delivering Tableau workbooks and excel analyses which meet the objectives
  • Experience reviewing large data sets, identifying trends, and highlighting changes from identified benchmarks
  • Ability to identify root cause of underlying issues, evaluate options to address, and implement solutions to resolve
