Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in payroll and prevailing wage processing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and data validation.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure technicians are compensated accurately and on time while upholding compliance with all federal, state, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Manage the daily processing of internal Excel reports and handle sensitive payroll data.
  • Submit required documentation through state and customer portals.
  • Provide critical support performing a variety of tasks, especially within Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Evaluate strategic process enhancements and system improvements.
