This role will primarily take place in a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and autonomy while still being part of a close-knit team. Our outpatient office setting is equipped with the necessary resources and technology to facilitate effective therapy sessions, ensuring that you can deliver high-quality care to your clients. Regular communication and collaboration via video conferencing tools and online platforms will keep you connected with your multidisciplinary team.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing individual client concerns, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on fostering communication skills, emotional regulation, and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during acute distress situations, demonstrating compassion and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness and facilitate stigma reduction.

Our clientele encompasses individuals from various backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By working with a diverse patient population, you will enhance your clinical experience and cultural competence, essential for effective therapy outcomes.

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum education requirement of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity towards individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on maintaining accurate clinical documentation and timely follow-up.

• Experience working in community mental health settings, particularly with clients experiencing trauma or severe mental health disorders.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and improve patient management.
• Engagement in ongoing professional development or participation in clinical supervision groups to enhance therapeutic techniques.
