Position OverviewLoopRoots Foundation is seeking a Youth Reentry and Prevention Program Coordinator to support the development and implementation of a youth‑focused program serving youth with incarcerated parents, youth returning from juvenile detention, and youth at risk of justice system involvement. This role will contribute to building a structured program focused on prevention, stability, and long‑term success, while aligning with LoopRoots’ broader support ecosystem.
