• Conduct initial virtual assessments using specialized teletherapy software to gather comprehensive client histories and understand their unique needs.

• Document session notes and client progress in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards governing telemedicine.

Your clients will range from individuals experiencing anxiety and depression to those facing more complex emotional and psychological challenges. By establishing robust therapeutic relationships, you will guide these individuals on their paths toward recovery and personal growth, using tailored strategies that resonate with their specific circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required to provide psychotherapeutic services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective virtual interactions with clients using platforms like Zoom or Skype.

• At least two years of professional experience working directly with clients facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges.
• Experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling settings is preferred but not mandatory.
