About Our Client:

We are partnering with a growing commercial glazing contractor specializing in turnkey management of glazing packages nationwide is seeking a Glass Estimator to join their team.This organization partners with general contractors, developers, and architects to deliver full-scope glazing solutions for interior and exterior commercial construction projects. Their portfolio includes high-rises, retail developments, mixed-use buildings, and specialty facilities.

Position Overview

The Glass Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, performing accurate material takeoffs, and preparing competitive cost estimates for glass and glazing scopes. This role works closely with project managers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure budgets and timelines are aligned for successful project delivery. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills are critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review blueprints, specifications, and bid documents
  • Perform detailed material takeoffs for glass and glazing systems
  • Develop accurate and competitive project estimates
