• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health status and specific needs, ensuring personalized and effective treatment planning.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that accommodate clients’ unique goals and preferences, adjusting approaches as their needs evolve.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing evidence-based practices, showing the ability to apply solution-focused techniques when applicable.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring that clients receive consistent support regardless of location.
• Offer crisis intervention as required, skillfully managing urgent situations to safeguard clients' mental wellbeing.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and training that align with the latest mental health advancements to enhance quality of care.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a therapist at Red Dot Behavioral and Wellness Center, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of adult clients, fostering therapeutic relationships that empower them in their mental health journeys.

• A valid and current license in one of the following areas: LCMFT, LMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
• A compassionate demeanor, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional record.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly with adult populations.
• Proficiency in teletherapy tools and an understanding of the impact of virtual therapy on client engagement.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others relevant to adult mental health disorders.
