About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we are committed to delivering comprehensive mental health services through innovative and compassionate care. We operate an outpatient office environment that prioritizes client accessibility and confidentiality. Our diverse team of professionals collaborates to ensure the highest standard of care, engaging with clients from various backgrounds and experiences. We believe that mental health is paramount to personal success and fulfillment.

Work Environment

This role will operate primarily in a remote capacity, extending our reach to clients who may not have immediate access to mental health services. This flexible arrangement allows you to maintain a work-life balance while still playing a vital role in supporting our client population. Regular team meetings and professional development sessions ensure you remain connected and supported within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to effectively evaluate clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Offer short-term individual counseling services via telehealth, addressing a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management.
  • Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.
  • Lead and facilitate virtual therapy groups and wellness workshops focused on topics such as resilience, coping strategies, and emotional intelligence.
  • Work closely with external resources and community organizations to connect clients with additional support services, ensuring a holistic approach to their mental health.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and applicable laws, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be individuals seeking mental health counseling services, from adolescents to adults, many of whom may be experiencing significant life transitions such as academic pressures, career changes, or personal challenges. Understanding the unique dynamics surrounding each client's situation is critical to providing tailored support.

Qualifications
  • A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field will be preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of clinical best practices and treatment modalities relevant to outpatient care.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to foster open and empathic relationships with clients in a virtual environment.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably within an outpatient or university setting.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches suitable for diverse populations.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and managing high-stakes scenarios is highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off to ensure your well-being.
  • Professional development opportunities, including access to workshops, seminars, and continuing education resources to enhance your clinical skills.
  • A vibrant work culture that promotes teamwork, mutual respect, and continuous learning.
  • Access to state-of-the-art technology and resources that enrich both your work experience and client interactions.
Career Growth Opportunities

As part of Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will have numerous pathways for career advancement. Opportunities for leadership roles, specialization in particular therapeutic areas, or involvement in community outreach initiatives are encouraged. You will also gain exposure to new methodologies and practices through ongoing training.

Why Join Our Team

If you are a passionate and dedicated mental health professional eager to make a substantial impact in people's lives, particularly in a supportive and flexible environment, we invite you to apply. By joining our team, you will play an essential role in empowering individuals to navigate their mental health journeys and achieve their personal goals.
