• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized therapy strategies for clients to address their mental health issues.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and family therapy, providing support to various demographics including children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
• Maintain diligent and accurate clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards in practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients, attending case conferences and contributing to treatment planning.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and practices.

Our service user's diverse backgrounds include but are not limited to individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and relationship challenges. This role involves working closely with clients who may have limited access to mental health resources, providing them essential support for personal development and recovery.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical or community health setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing professional counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Proven capability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.
• Experience working in community health settings or non-profit organizations focusing on improving access to mental health services.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and client caseload.
