This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments. Our therapists work from home, utilizing secure video conferencing platforms to connect with clients. The role allows for a structured workday, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring that you maintain a healthy work-life balance while dedicating your time to make a difference in clients’ lives.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status and create personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
• Facilitate engaging virtual therapy sessions by employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to address various mental health disorders.
• Provide ongoing support for individuals coping with PTSD through targeted therapeutic techniques designed to promote healing and recovery.
• Offer comprehensive case management, including coordinating referrals to community resources and support services as required to optimize client care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ICD-9 standards, ensuring that all client interactions and treatment progress are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop integrated care strategies that enhance overall treatment efficacy.
• Engage with families during therapy sessions to foster a supportive environment that nurtures healthy relationships and communication.

The clientele you will serve encompasses a diverse population of individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. By working empathetically with various age groups and backgrounds, you will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness in your clients.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required for this position.
• Possession of a valid and active mental health license in California (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical therapy, preferably in a teletherapy setting.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic methodologies such as CBT and ABA.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the capability to manage documentation and case information accurately and promptly.

• A strong background in trauma-informed care practices.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and telehealth best practices.
• Experience in collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated client care.
