• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Lead engaging virtual therapy sessions that employ evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help clients overcome their challenges.
• Facilitate structured therapeutic care for clients coping with PTSD, ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout their treatment journey.
• Provide case management services, including timely referrals to additional community resources as needed to support clients' overall well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that aligns with ICD-9 standards to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to enhance the overall care and support provided to clients.
• Engage and support families through counseling, fostering healthy relationships and effective communication among family members.

You will primarily work with individuals and families facing a range of mental health issues, including PTSD, anxiety, and emotional struggles. Our client demographic is diverse, representing various backgrounds and experiences, and the role requires sensitivity to different cultural perspectives and needs. Your therapeutic approach will directly impact clients' emotional resilience and coping strategies, ultimately contributing to improved mental health outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• An active California license in a relevant field (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in therapy and case management, with a focus on trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with therapeutic approaches such as CBT and ABA, as well as an understanding of other treatment methodologies.
• The ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively.

We prefer candidates to have at least two years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting. Previous experience working remotely is a plus, as is familiarity with teletherapy technologies.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
