As a remote position, this role offers the flexibility of working from home while engaging directly with students and school personnel. You will collaborate closely with educators, counselors, and caregivers through digital platforms. • Provide psychotherapy and comprehensive mental health services to students dealing with various conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of students' mental health status, which includes analyzing emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to build a comprehensive understanding of each student’s needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, tailored to meet the diverse and specific needs of each student.
• Collaborate with educational staff, including teachers and administrative personnel, to create a supportive environment that enhances mental health awareness and promotes student success.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on student feedback and ongoing assessments.
• Educate students, families, and school staff about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Uphold ethical standards and best practices in all interactions, ensuring the confidentiality and dignity of every student.

The successful candidate will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health conditions from developmental disorders to complex emotional challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with students, families, and professionals.
• Strong clinical capabilities in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans that reflect best practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies is essential.
• A deep understanding of mental health conditions and the nuances of providing care in educational settings.

• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competencies is highly desirable.
• Previous work experience in school settings or with adolescent populations will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices is a plus.
