This remote position leverages modern telehealth technology to facilitate seamless interactions with clients. You will work during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced approach to your professional and personal life. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the symptoms, severity, and impact of mood disorders in clients. Utilize standardized assessment tools to gather in-depth information.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances, ensuring that goals are both realistic and achievable.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, incorporating methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive behavioral changes and emotional stability.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, potential treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Monitor client progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes, documenting all changes accurately.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to create a unified treatment approach.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in mood disorders to enhance your therapeutic techniques and treatment efficacy.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.

This role focuses on individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Our clientele is diverse, spanning various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses, each presenting unique challenges and perspectives. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in California.
• Proficient knowledge and application of evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.
• Demonstrable understanding of psychopharmacology and experience collaborating with psychiatrists to enhance patient care.
• A proven track record of achieving positive outcomes in treating clients with mood disorders.
• Exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Experience in an outpatient or telehealth setting is highly desirable.

The compensation package for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
