Job description

We're looking for a Business Process Analyst to help design, document, and improve the systems and workflows that power our global supply chain operations. You will work at the intersection of people, processes, and technology - partnering with teams across Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing to identify gaps, streamline operations, and translate business needs into actionable system configurations and process improvements. This role is directly connected to our ability to scale supply chain operations as Tenstorrent grows, and will contribute meaningfully to ERP adoption, integration mapping, master data quality, and cross-functional change management.

This role is remote, based out of Toronto, ON.

We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in business process analysis or operations improvement within a fast-moving supply chain, manufacturing, or hardware environment - with a data-oriented mindset and the ability to identify root causes of process breakdowns and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
  • Comfortable working across ERP and PLM systems - you understand how processes are configured in tools like SAP or similar platforms, can map system integrations, and bridge the gap between system behavior and business intent.
  • Skilled in master data management, with an understanding of how data governance and data quality underpin reliable supply chain operations.
  • A clear communicator and change management practitioner who can document complex workflows, facilitate requirements sessions, and bring stakeholders along through process and system transitions - from alignment to training and adoption.
  • Data-oriented and detail-driven, with the ability to identify root causes of process breakdowns and recommend practical, scalable solutions.

What We Need

  • Map, document, and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain business processes across functions including Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
  • Partner with functional leads and ERP system owners to gather requirements, identify configuration gaps, and drive process standardization - including mapping integrations between the ERP and connected systems such as PLM, WMS, and logistics platforms.
  • Own master data management workstreams, including defining data standards, auditing data quality, and partnering with system owners to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Lead or support sprint-based process improvement initiatives, including facilitating working sessions, capturing action items, and tracking progress through to completion.
  • Analyze supply chain data and system outputs to surface operational inefficiencies, support root cause analysis, and recommend data-driven improvements.

What You Will Learn

  • Gain deep exposure to supply chain operations at a fast-scaling AI hardware company, with visibility into how procurement, planning, logistics, and manufacturing workflows connect across the business.
  • Build hands-on expertise in ERP process design and systems integration, learning how to configure workflows, map cross-system data flows, and manage master data in a live operational environment.
  • Develop skills in agile-based process improvement methodologies, learning how to scope, sprint, and deliver operational improvements in a structured and repeatable way.
  • Understand how supply chain process decisions directly influence product availability, cost competitiveness, and revenue outcomes, with the scope to drive measurable impact on the business from day one.

Tenstorrent offers a highly competitive compensation package and benefits, and we are an equal opportunity employer.
