About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and motivated ESG & CSR Sustainability Strategy Intern to join our team within the ESG department. This role is perfect for a Master's level student with a strong interest in sustainability, strategic planning, and creating long-term environmental and social impact. As an ESG & CSR Sustainability Strategy Intern, you will work closely with our team to analyze sustainability trends, support the development of strategic initiatives, and contribute to projects that advance the company's commitment to environmental stewardship and responsible business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends, risks, and opportunities to support the development of strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of sustainability strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into business operations and processes.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of sustainability performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate sustainability progress and initiatives to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform sustainability planning and strategy.
  • Assist in engaging with stakeholders to build partnerships and foster collaboration on sustainability initiatives.


About You:

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field. Master's program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability strategy, environmental stewardship, and corporate responsibility frameworks.
  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with market research, stakeholder engagement, and trend analysis in sustainability.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
