Project Focus: PeopleSoft Workforce Administration (WFA) and Mass Compensation Initiative

Location:  100% Remote (US Based only), but must be available, accessible, and responsive between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PT regardless of your current time zone

Timeframe to Begin: Immediately, est July

Length of Contract:  6-12 months, targeting Jul 2026 – Jun 2027 (high potential for extension based on performance)

Position Summary

·        Lead enterprise PeopleSoft HCM initiatives focused on Workforce Administration and compensation-related processes.

·        Manage project delivery from initiation through deployment, stabilization, and project closure.

·        Coordinate business, technical, HR, payroll, vendor, and stakeholder resources across multiple workstreams.

·        Serve as the primary project leader responsible for execution, delivery, stakeholder engagement, and project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

·        8-10+ years of project management experience (serving as overall PM) leading enterprise application initiatives.

·        5+ years managing PeopleSoft HCM projects in large, complex organizations.

·        Demonstrated experience delivering Workforce Administration (WFA) implementations or enhancements.

·        Experience managing HR, Payroll, Benefits, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

·        Proven success leading requirements, design, testing, deployment, and change management activities.

·        Strong executive communication, governance, risk management, and issue resolution skills.

·        Experience managing project budgets, schedules, vendors, dependencies, and resource plans.

·        Demonstrated ability to lead complex enterprise initiatives, anticipate downstream impacts, manage risks and dependencies, and drive projects to successful execution.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·        Master's degree preferred.

·        PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant project management certification preferred.

·        Experience leading PeopleSoft Mass Compensation or compensation-related initiatives.

·        Knowledge of Job Data, Compensation, Position Management, and effective-dated transactions.

·        Experience supporting payroll-impacting releases and downstream integration activities.

·        PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience in large enterprise environments.

·        Higher education, public sector, healthcare, or unionized workforce experience.

·        Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams within a complex portfolio.
