As part of our fully remote team, you'll collaborate with fellow professionals in a virtual setting dedicated to optimizing the therapeutic experience for clients without the burdensome constraints of an office environment.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Utilize a range of solution-focused therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s needs, including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and other evidence-based practices.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and goals.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions, experiences, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
• Monitor client progress throughout therapy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes and helping clients cultivate healthy coping mechanisms.

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and seek assistance with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Your role will be critical in delivering therapeutic interventions that empower clients to navigate their personal journeys with resilience and confidence.

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possess one of the following active licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Exhibit strong computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

We seek professionals with experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly those who are adept at working independently and managing caseloads. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a commitment to ethical practice will set you apart as a candidate.

This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary, ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, dependent on experience and hours worked. In addition, we provide:
