About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. This position is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services and who thrives in a flexible, technology-driven environment. • Design, implement, and regularly update behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals.
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians, both in-person and via telehealth.
  • Conduct regular caregiver training and collaborate with families to support generalization of skills.
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, reassessments, and reauthorization requests in compliance with NC Medicaid and payer requirements.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible remote schedule.
  • Manageable caseload with administrative support.
  • CEU reimbursement and support for license renewal.
  • Health benefits and PTO (add specifics: medical/dental/vision, 401k, etc.).
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a supportive clinical team.
