We partner with growing businesses and not-for-profit organizations across Canada, combining cloud technology with proactive financial advice to help our clients succeed.

THE POSITION

The Onboarding Cloud Accountant owns the first chapter of the client journey at AMLB and is responsible for leading new clients through onboarding and setting them up for long-term success.
You will work closely with clients to transform incomplete, disorganized, or inefficient accounting processes into scalable cloud-based systems and workflows. 50% Recurring Cloud Accounting Support a limited portfolio of approximately 810 recurring clients to maintain technical expertise, support team capacity, and remain connected to AMLB's ongoing service model.
As onboarding demand increases, recurring client responsibilities will gradually decrease, allowing the role to become increasingly focused on onboarding, implementation, and continuous improvement.
