• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients, utilizing established tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to diagnose and customize treatment plans that align with the diverse backgrounds and needs of our patient population.

• Monitor and document patient progress rigorously, employing evidence-based interventions adapted for individual needs and adjusting care plans as necessary to promote mental clarity and emotional recovery.

• Prepare and maintain accurate treatment records and reports using state-of-the-art software. Compliance with regulatory requirements and department protocols is imperative in all documentation efforts.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to map out robust treatment strategies that encompass their unique goals and aspirations, while ensuring alignment with our organization’s commitment to holistic care.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health settings, particularly dealing with cancer-related mental health challenges, is preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
