Compensation: Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance + Expense Reimbursement

Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager - Central (RSM) is responsible for managing and growing strategic distributor relationships throughout the assigned territory while driving new business development across targeted industrial channels. This role will oversee and direct activities with The Lawless Group sales agency while supporting growth initiatives across existing STAFDA distributors and key industrial accounts.

The RSM will focus on expanding Pro Line Products’ presence within Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and STAFDA distribution channels while supporting all Pro Line product categories. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic sales planning, distributor engagement, agency management, and the ability to drive measurable revenue growth throughout the region.

Key Duties + Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned distributor accounts throughout the territory.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales growth initiatives across assigned regions.

  • Manage and direct The Lawless Sales Group sales agency activities, priorities, and execution.

  • Drive new business development within Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Industrial distribution channels.

  • Build relationships with distributor leadership, branch management, sales teams, and end users.

  • Support and grow all Pro Line Product categories throughout assigned accounts and territories.

  • Identify opportunities for product expansion, market penetration, and competitive conversions.

  • Conduct regular joint sales calls, branch visits, training sessions, and customer meetings.

  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, operations, and product management teams.

  • Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and strategic growth initiatives within the territory.

  • Attend industry trade shows, customer meetings, and regional sales events as required.

  • Maintain strong communication and alignment with company leadership regarding sales performance and opportunities.

Required Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • 3–5 years of sales experience within industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related channels.

  • Experience working with STAFDA distributors and industrial distribution networks preferred.

  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and developing strategic customer relationships.

  • Experience managing independent sales agencies or manufacturer representative groups preferred.

  • Strong understanding of distributor sales processes, account management, and business development.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
