Lead Truss Designer

Location: Tennessee
Experience Required: 8+ years in truss design
Software: MiTek or Alpine

Overview
We are partnering with a growing, family-oriented component manufacturer seeking an experienced Lead Truss Designer to support continued expansion. This is a strong opportunity for a senior-level designer who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design roof and floor truss systems for residential and multifamily projects

  • Review layouts for accuracy, efficiency, and code compliance

  • Collaborate with sales, production, and customers to resolve design challenges
