About the Position: Director, Client Services - Manufacturing Sales Services Division
demandDrive is seeking a proven client services leader to oversee and scale our Manufacturing Sales Services Division. The Director of Client Services will be responsible for managing the delivery of sales services, ensuring client success from onboarding through execution, and developing the processes and teams that enable exceptional client outcomes. This highly visible role will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the future of demandDrive’s client services offering.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Success
    • Oversee the launch of new client engagements, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to service delivery.
    • Utilize industry experience to serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Division Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and grow client-facing delivery teams responsible for executing sales services programs.
    • Establish performance goals and accountability standards across the division.
  • Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
    • Evaluate and enhance client launch materials, reporting frameworks, and communication templates.
    • Drive improvements in weekly and monthly reporting to deliver clarity, insight, and consistency.
    • Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and margin improvement.
  • Strategic Impact
    • Partner with executive leadership to define the long-term vision and strategy for Sales Services.
    • Track division KPIs, including client satisfaction, retention, and financial performance.
    • Recommend new processes, technologies, or service enhancements that strengthen delivery and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in client services, sales operations, or service delivery leadership, ideally in B2B or agency environments.
  • 5 + Experience in industrial manufacturing across multiple industries.
  • Proven success managing client-facing teams and scaling service delivery organizations.
  • Strong track record of improving processes and delivering measurable client outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience developing and interpreting client performance reports.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with evolving client needs.
