As a Division Controller, you will support the company’s growth and strategic direction by overseeing accounting operations while driving financial planning, analysis, and business decision support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes pride in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, and values strong internal controls. What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, general ledger management, accounting policies, and documented procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP
  • Establish and maintain internal controls; coordinate external audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting; and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and working capital reporting
  • Lead finance systems and reporting tool improvements; support M&A, restructuring, and other enterprise growth initiatives
  • Develop, coach, and mentor accounting and finance team members
  • Partner with business unit Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones
What You Bring

Experience That Drives Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, with at least 3 years in manufacturing
  • Demonstrated experience leading month-end close and financial reporting
  • Prior leadership experience managing teams and engaging with executive stakeholders
  • CPA or CMA certification, preferred
  • Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth organizations
  • Experience leading finance system implementations or process transformations
  • Prior remote people-leadership experience, preferred

Location

This is a full-time position, on-site at our Maryland Heights, MO location. The expected schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, but an occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate project schedules. This role will consist of approximately 15% travel to our Roanoke, VA manufacturing facility based on business need.
