Remote Manager Ux Designer Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Mediabarn is looking for a sharp, forward thinking Mid\-level UX Designer with 3+ years of experience in user interface and experience design. The ideal candidate will need to have strong visual problem solving skills and a solid understanding of interaction design. You must be very detailed oriented, have excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex user interactions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
\n <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To qualify, you must have experience using research and analytics to inform design. A BS\/BA in Design, HCI or related field is preferred. Advanced knowledge of tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Figma or similar and having some HTML\/CSS\/JS experience is a plus.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

  You will work closely with a team of other UX, visual designers, front\-end developers and project managers to design site or product improvements and additions based on business objectives, usability studies and research metrics.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
  \n <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  You will be gathering user and project requirements to create conceptual wireframes and\/or prototypes for projects, apps, and commercial products.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
  \n <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  You will collaborate with research and members of the design team on formal & informal usability testing.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
  \n <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/li>\n

  You will design and specify details of user interfaces and information architecture, and communicate concepts, ideas and design rationale with project stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

       A portfolio with strong web (responsive), product and\/or mobile experience with mastery of design tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

       Commercial experience in creating exceptionally engaging visuals, wireframes, user flows and site maps.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
       \n <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/li>\n

       Experience with the usability testing process and able to analyze results and derive actionable concepts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
       \n <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/li>\n

     • \n

       Ability to multitask, quickly deliver innovative concepts and ideas that meet business needs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
       \n <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/li>\n

       Experience working alongside clients and driving strategy, brainstorming sessions and workshops.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
