Life Digital Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our outpatient treatment center in Arlington, Texas. In this fully remote role, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Teaching the importance of accessibility, we aim to reach young adults between the ages of 18 to 30, who may be facing mental health disorders. As an LPC at Life Digital Health, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young adults through various therapeutic modalities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging sessions that encourage participants to share experiences, foster peer support, and enhance their psychological resilience.
• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling sessions focused on clients’ thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, creating tailored action plans that empower them toward healing.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to devise goal-oriented treatment plans, tailoring approaches to meet their unique needs and aspirations while ensuring they have ownership of their recovery journey.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and methods to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and therapists, to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and consulting on complex cases for optimal outcomes.

Your expertise and empathy will be directed towards supporting a diverse population of young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom may be navigating significant life transitions, such as academic pressures, career challenges, and personal relationships. You will empower them to find their paths toward healing and recovery.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• Strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, displaying a genuine commitment to patient care.

• Previous experience working with young adults in an outpatient or telehealth capacity.
• Familiarity with PHP programming and treatment for mood disorders, anxiety, and substance use issues.
• Experience with therapeutic and assessment tools relevant to client care.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000–100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to monetary compensation, you will benefit from:
