About the Role:
Support our RevOps and Partnerships team by keeping CRM data clean and accurate, building workflows and dashboards, running reports, and powering the operational backbone of our webinars and newsletters. High-ownership role with active encouragement to use AI tools to automate repetitive work.
What You'll Do
Support end-to-end execution of partnership-led webinars and campaigns, including:
  • Creating LinkedIn and Zoom promotional banners, webinar decks, and presentation assets
  • Managing webinar logistics such as Zoom setup, webinar links, email campaigns, promo codes, and follow-ups
  • Coordinating cross-functional execution with Marketing, Ops, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery of webinar requirements, including Iterating on webinar decks and assets based on stakeholder feedback and evolving requests
  • Maintaining webinar documentation, trackers, and operational processes
Own and support monthly newsletter operations, including:
  • Designing banners and visual assets
  • Organizing and structuring newsletter content
  • Preparing newsletters for distribution and coordinating execution timelines
Support RevOps and CRM operations by:
  • Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining CRM data across systems
  • Routing accounts and leads, deduplicating records, and fixing data inconsistencies
  • Using AI tools and secondary research to enrich lead/account data with actionable insights, while leveraging automation to significantly reduce repetitive manual processes and improve operational efficiency 
  • Building and maintaining dashboards, workflows, and reports to support business visibility and execution
About You
  • Proactive, independent, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Comfortable with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic data work), Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Already using AI tools to build prompts, workflows, or lightweight agents that cut down repetitive work. You instinctively ask, "Can I automate this?" before doing it manually for the tenth time.
Nice to Have
  • Prior exposure to a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Zoom Webinars or email marketing tools
  • A side project or example of automating something with AI
