We are building a high-performance sales and operations team and are seeking a Lead Generalist Supervisor to take on a key leadership role focused on revenue growth, team development, and operational execution.

Role Overview

The Lead Generalist Supervisor is responsible for both generating revenue and leading a team of Lead Generalists. This is a producing leadership role that combines sales performance with team management.

The Supervisor will:

  • Close residential and commercial service deals
  • Support and improve team sales performance
  • Manage and develop a team of 24 Lead Generalists
  • Drive weekly and monthly revenue targets

This role is designed for individuals ready to move from individual sales into leadership while maintaining strong earning potential.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation
  • Close residential and commercial service deals
  • Follow up with inbound leads and outbound opportunities
