Job Summary:
This role focuses on operationalizing the annual planning process for a safety organization, ensuring alignment across multiple teams. The individual will be responsible for managing the planning engine, including roadmaps and timelines, allowing executive leadership to focus on strategy. The position requires meticulous execution and cross-functional coordination to maintain organizational clarity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire annual planning cycle.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive organizational roadmaps.
  • Facilitate planning discussions and dependencies across teams.
  • Prepare executive-level planning documentation.
