Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to help manage and grow our clients' online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, assisting with email campaigns, and keeping an eye on performance metrics.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career marketer or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on, multi-channel marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Draft, schedule, and publish regular posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Content Creation: Write compelling social captions, short-form blogs, and newsletter copy. Create clean graphics using Canva or Adobe Express.

  • Email Marketing: Assist in designing, proofreading, and scheduling weekly or monthly email campaigns using Mailchimp and Klaviyo.

  • Website Updates: Keep website content current and apply basic on-page SEO best practices (meta descriptions, image alt tags).

  • Performance Tracking: Pull basic weekly/monthly analytical reports on social engagement, website traffic, and follower growth.

  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, and inquiries across social media channels in a timely, brand-aligned manner.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or social media management (internships count!).

  • Tools: Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later), Canva, and basic Google Analytics.

  • Communication: Strong written communication and copywriting skills with a keen eye for grammar, formatting, and tone.

  • Organization: Ability to manage a content calendar, meet deadlines, and multi-task efficiently.

  • Creativity: A solid eye for clean visual aesthetics and awareness of current social media trends.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).

  • Basic short-form video editing skills (TikToks, Instagram Reels, CapCut).

  • Basic exposure to Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $15.00 – $18.00 / hour (Commensurate with experience)
