Job description

Successful Land Surveying company is seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, creative, and live around the Tampa, FL area.

The Sales Representative position will market, sell to, and interact with clients in the real estate industry.

  • Business hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm EST (additional support outside of business hours may be required occasionally to meet client deadlines)
  • Remote position requires a quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet for inside sales responsibilities.
  • Outside sales responsibilities will require an acceptable motor vehicle status, with current driver’s license, and ability to operate a motor vehicle.


In this outbound sales position, you will be responsible for new client acquisitions, client retention, and revenue growth targets. This position requires experience in direct client selling (via phone/ email/in-person).


Compensation is competitive and includes salary, depending on experience plus commission.

Full time employees receive paid time off, paid holidays and sick days.
Responsibilities:

  • Traveling throughout the State of Florida with staying multiple nights in hotels
  • Direct calling and establishing contact with new and existing clients
  • Developing field sales action plans
  • Maintain professional client relationship support and resolve any issues to ensure client satisfaction and success
  • Develop sales KPIs and meet and exceed the sales target and quotas
  • Provide client support when needed
  • Follow up on direct mail and pursue contacts
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills via email, phone and in person


Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
  • Proficient with Hubspot or similar CRM Systems
  • Advanced time management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Detailed oriented, accuracy is a must
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player, enthusiastic and positive
  • Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken; Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds as required without assistance
  • Ability to work extended hours during the week and on weekends as deadlines or client circumstance require
  • Ability to work well in a high-pressure, demanding environment
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle status, with current driver’s license, and ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Adaptable to change (job responsibilities may change over time in order to meet market demands)

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in sales with proven track record of increasing revenue
