• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments and evaluations, gathering in-depth insights into clients' mental health conditions and specific needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals, empowering them to achieve optimal mental well-being.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to adults, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches to support transformative change.
• Provide teletherapy services, which may include video or phone sessions, to ensure clients receive timely, effective support regardless of their physical location.
• Respond promptly to crisis situations, delivering compassionate and competent care to clients facing urgent mental health challenges.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying updated with the latest industry trends, therapeutic techniques, and best practices to enhance client outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily serve an adult population with a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be vital in navigating these complex challenges, as you provide support and therapy in a non-judgmental environment aimed at fostering emotional resilience and recovery.

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to foster meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in your therapeutic practice.
• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently juggle client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean disciplinary record with your licensing board.

• Experience utilizing telehealth solutions and virtual therapy platforms is preferred, but not required.
• Previous work or volunteer experience in a mental health counseling setting is highly valued.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is advantageous.
