• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional states, gathering relevant information to inform treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific needs, issues, and goals identified in client assessments.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to address mental health concerns.
• Regularly review and adapt treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
• Keep meticulous records of client interactions, including detailed progress notes and treatment documentation, compliant with legal and ethical standards.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing various challenges, such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is required for employment.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual, couples, and family therapy is essential.
• Strong skills in completing client assessments and treatment plans within specified timeframes.
• Proficient writing and communication abilities, along with familiarity with electronic health record systems.

• Experience working with specific populations, such as children or specialized relationship dynamics.
