Job description

At Yardzen, we believe people are at their best when they’re outside.
Our mission is simple: help people complete the outdoor spaces of their dreams. We start with design and stay with the project through the build, pairing homeowners with a dedicated representative who guides cost and design tradeoffs, matches them with multiple vetted local contractors, makes sense of the estimates, and helps them confidently hire the right one. The result is a finished yard, not just a plan. Since our launch in 2018, we've helped tens of thousands of homeowners transform their outdoor spaces, make sustainable choices, enhance property value, and enjoy life outdoors.
We're transforming the $200 billion outdoor renovation industry with AI, data, and technology, making design effortless and the build clear, guided, and far less daunting from first idea to finished space. Recognized as Fast Company's Most Innovative and named to Inc. Magazine's Best Places to Work, our work has been featured in Architectural Digest, The New York Times, Sunset Magazine, House Beautiful, The Wall Street Journal, and Forbes. And we're just getting started.

We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful Partnerships Operations Coordinator to help support and grow some of Yardzen’s most important external partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to strategic partnerships, operations, technology, and e-commerce while representing a fast-growing consumer brand.

The right person will be polished and confident when interacting with external partners, exceptionally detail-oriented, and excited to find smarter ways of working. You will help keep our partnerships running smoothly, maintain critical partner and product information, and use AI to make manual processes more efficient and scalable.

What you'll do:
Support Strategic Partnerships
  • Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for external partners, representing Yardzen with confidence and care

  • Coordinate partnership initiatives, deliverables, meetings, and follow-up items across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain accurate partnership reporting, updates, presentations, and supporting materials.

  • Maintain regional material and product lists based on partner needs, market availability, and community requirements

  • Identify opportunities to improve the partner experience and make our programs easier to manage as they grow

Support Affiliate & Commerce Growth
  • Own and maintain Yardzen’s digital asset library, ensuring partner assets and product information are accurate, current, and easy to access.

  • Help manage and grow Yardzen’s affiliate partner program.

  • Coordinate partner promotions, seasonal campaigns, discount codes, and merchandising opportunities.

  • Support the launch and ongoing management of the Yardzen Shop by maintaining product collections, affiliate links, pricing, imagery, and promotions.

  • Monitor affiliate performance and prepare reports that help identify opportunities for growth.

  • Perform routine QA to ensure product information, promotions, and shopping experiences are accurate.

Support the Shopping Concierge Experience
  • Create personalized shopping collections and outreach featuring curated product recommendations, member pricing, and seasonal promotions.

  • Track engagement and identify opportunities to improve the shopping experience and drive affiliate sales.

Make the Work Smarter
  • Use AI and automation to streamline repetitive tasks, improve reporting, organize information, and create more scalable partnership processes.

  • Bring curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset to the role

What we'll looking for:
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and data accurately.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • The confidence, professionalism, and judgment to interact with external partners and senior stakeholders

  • Experience using HubSpot

  • Familiarity with AI tools and genuine enthusiasm for using AI to improve everyday work

  • Comfort working in spreadsheets and creating accurate, easy-to-understand reports

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership, ask thoughtful questions, and solve problems

  • Ability to work effectively across teams in a fast-moving, remote environment

  • At least 2 years of experience in partnerships, operations, account management, e-commerce, marketing, customer success, or a related field

  • Proficiency in SketchUp and/or Lumion is required.
Nice to have:
  • Experience maintaining an online shop, marketplace, or product catalog

  • Experience working with digital asset management systems

  • An interest in home, design, landscaping, construction, or e-commerce

What we offer:
  • Remote work, always: We're a remote-first company
  • Full coverage for you: 100% paid medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Competitive compensation: Salary that matches your skills and experience
  • Support for growing families: 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave
  • Monthly perks: Wellness, cell phone, and internet stipends to keep you connected and cared for
At Yardzen, we’re committed to creating a space where our employees can bring their full selves to work and have equal opportunities to succeed. We are looking for people that will add to our culture, not just fit in.  So regardless of race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, origin, ability, age, or veteran status, if joining this mission speaks to you, we encourage you to apply!

If you are an individual with a disability and would like to request a reasonable accommodation as part of the application or the recruiting process, please contact us at recruiting@yardzen.com.
