• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to obtain comprehensive insights into clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that establish specific goals and effective interventions catered to each client’s unique needs.
• Team up with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated and client-centered care, facilitating timely interventions as necessary.
• Offer crisis intervention, engage in risk assessments, and create safety plans when required to support clients during critical times.

Your work will directly impact individuals from various backgrounds, including diverse age groups and socio-economic statuses. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
