As an LCSW with Healing Springs Psychiatry Center, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that contribute to both individual client growth and the overall success of the organization, including:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to a diverse client base, employing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.
• Completing thorough and timely documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with administrative and regulatory requirements.
• Scheduling ongoing appointments and maintaining an updated calendar to manage client engagement effectively.
• Collaborating with colleagues to address complex cases and share resources, enhancing the therapeutic process for clients.
• Utilizing a billing service to efficiently manage insurance claims and revenue cycle processes, allowing you to focus fully on client care.

Our clientele ranges widely in age and background, allowing for a rich variety of clinical presentations. You will work with clients who may be coping with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and significant life transitions. Your expertise in handling diverse mental health challenges is crucial in helping them navigate their paths to recovery.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, enabling you to provide therapy independently.
• Demonstrated professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and an ability to operate with cultural competence.
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including a minimum of two evenings.

While not mandatory, candidates who have significant training or experience in couples therapy will be highly considered, as this expertise aligns closely with our practice’s focus on holistic client care.
