Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a work-life balance that suits your needs while effectively serving clients across Denver, Colorado, and beyond. You will be providing all counseling services via telehealth, utilizing advanced digital tools that facilitate secure and effective client interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to create informed and tailored treatment plans for individual clients.
• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical records that comply with ethical standards and legal regulations to ensure high-quality care.
• Stay updated on current research developments in mental health and participate in ongoing professional education and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Work with clients to develop actionable goals and therapeutic strategies that promote their overall mental health and well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in specialties such as trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Starting salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
