Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs.
• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy through telehealth sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while adapting to the digital nature of telehealth documentation.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care and share insights on treatment strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to stay updated on emerging trends and research in the mental health field.
• Serve as a resource to clients by providing educational materials and creating a supportive environment for open discussion on mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele varies widely, including individuals from underserved communities and those facing challenges such as anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, providing a strong foundation for this role.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical guidelines related to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
