This role will be primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. Despite the remote focus, you will still be an integral part of our vibrant outpatient clinic culture, participating in regular virtual meetings with colleagues, sharing insights, and engaging in continuous professional development. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to initiate tailored therapy strategies for each client.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create holistic treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation to comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health.

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship issues. Our focus is on providing family-oriented and trauma-informed care, ensuring that all clients receive personalized and effective treatment. Your expertise will empower clients through supportive counseling and skills-building interventions, enabling them to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-focused care is highly preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and demonstrating cultural competency in your approach to therapy.

Valley Spring Recovery Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–110,000 per year, with additional bonuses available based on performance and client engagement.
